Loved how it’s right in the downtown area, and it was so convenient to walk just a short distance to restaurants and stores. The lobby and pool area were a pleasant area to hang out in. All the staff were very friendly and professional. We had a noise issue with guests in the room next to us who were partying at 2 am. We called the front desk about it and eventually the guests stopped. The next morning, we came down to the front desk and I was impressed how it was handled by the woman there at the front desk where she expected us to come down to bring up the issue, and we were more than enough compensated for the trouble, providing us late checkout, offering us free breakfast, and refunding us a significant amount from our bill. Overall, we left very satisfied with our stay, and I would certainly stay there again.

I have traveled the world: Europe, Central America, the Caribbean, and 47 out of 50 US states … and have never experienced the level of hospitality at Courtyard by Marriott Pasadena. My wife was having open heart surgery at Huntington Memorial Hospital and I needed a home away from home for one week. Everyone, and I mean everyone seamlessly and unselfishly enabled our family to attend to my wife’s medical needs. Coming back soon for her follow up appointment !!!

everything about this hotel was amazing! it was in a great location for the festival i was attending to. The staff was AMAZING! they were so nice and always made sure i had everything i needed. Also there were many food places to eat at. definitely coming back to here when I'm back in town! and they do offer onsite parking, which i always look for when booking. Also the only way to enter the building from the parking garage is using your room key!

I was miffed about that. if I had known I would’ve left earlier, I didn’t realize it was first come first serve but the staff actually took me around to the rooms and let me take my time in deciding I was quite happy after that.

We had a dinner reservation at Cafe Santorini (excellent!) and our Navigator app showed the distance at just a four minute walk. It's an even a shorter walk to some good local bars we enjoyed, like the Blind Donkey and Speakeasy. Our room was comfortable and quiet and we got a great night's sleep.
